Andria and Ateoni Otoni of Edgartown announce the birth of a son, Andrew Zotte Otoni, born on Jan. 25 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Andrew weighed 8 pounds, 1.6 ounces at birth.

Nicole Palacios and Myles Goodwin of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a son, Marlin Samuel Palacios Goodwin, born on Jan. 23, 2013 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Marlin weighed 9 pounds, 6.2 ounces at birth.

Zoe Fisher of Aquinnah, Jaime Billings of Oak Bluffs and Caleb Gray of Vineyard Haven have been named to the dean’s list at Roger Williams University for the fall 2012 semester. Zoe is majoring in graphic design communications, Jaime in criminal justice and Caleb in biology.

Katharine Clarke and Gus Hayes, both of Edgartown, have been named to the dean’s list at Endicott College for the fall 2012 semester. Katharine is a senior majoring in English and Gus is a senior majoring in sports management.
