Jeyse Dias Carvalho and Ramon Carvalho of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a son, Miguel Dias Carvalho, born on Feb. 6, 2013 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Miguel weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces at birth.

Donna O’Brien of Boulder, Colo., daughter of Donna and Richard O’Brien of Boulder, will marry Patrick Sullivan of Rochester, N.Y., son of Barry and Dorothy Sullivan, of Rochester and Aquinnah.
Donna graduated from Barrington High School in Barrington, Ill. and the Rhode Island School of Design with a bachelor of fine arts degree. She is currently self-employed as a fashion accessory designer.
