Free Boat Inspections
The Woods Hole Coast Guard Auxiliary is offering free vessel inspection in Oak Bluffs and Edgartown tomorrow (Saturday) from 9:30 to 1:30 p.m.
The courtesy inspections are intended to promote boating safety and are not in any way punitive. Interested boaters and their vessels are encouraged to meet at the docks near the Edgartown Yacht Club or near the Oak Bluffs harbormaster shack.
For more information on the Coast Guard Auxiliary contact David Pothier where he works, at Cars Unlimited at 508-693-6544.

Please Adopt Us
We have one very special new animal at the Animal Shelter of Martha’s Vineyard who is looking for a home; his name is Riley and he is a red and white King Charles spaniel. He is seven years old and is neutered and up to date on all his shots; for those who don’t know the King Charles breed, they are very handsome and make a perfect house dog. Please stop by and see him — we are sure he will not be at the shelter very long.
