With the presentation of the focus group findings at its Nov. 2 meeting, the West Tisbury building committee now knows what the future of Howes House might, could and should look like.
With each passing day, we see more and more evidence of the fundamental change in the culture and quality of life on the Island caused by the rapid changes in the housing market.

The land bank watched with interest the Island's recent debate and deliberation over the housing bank.
