Two Vineyard Haven men were arrested in Oak Bluffs on Friday afternoon after they were found with a quantity of drugs, including heroin, marijuana, hashish and prescription drugs, police said.
Oak Bluffs police arrested Jeffrey Sylvia, 23, and Jeffrey Rancourt, also 23, both of Vineyard Haven, at about 2 p.m. Friday in the Our Market parking lot, where they were in Mr. Rancourt’s pickup truck. “The two men had arrived to make a drug deal,” the press release said.
