The Trustees of Reservations invites everyone to spend spring break outdoors around the Island. Events are planned for Menemsha Hills, Long Point and Cape Pogue over the school break.

Join the regional high school’s culinary arts students as they work with chef Kevin Crowell at the Sweet Life Cafe for this year’s spring garden feast on Saturday, May 3.

The Vineyard Haven library is taking submissions for its Art in June exhibit. Artwork can be completed using any medium but it is recommended the piece should not be more than four feet in length or width.

The new restaurant will occupy the space that formerly housed Lattanzi’s. Edgartown selectmen approved a liquor license transfer last week. The primary owner and manager will be Nick Sullo, who owns Rocco's pizza in Vineyard Haven.

The Joint Committee on Tourism, Arts, and Cultural Development will host a public hearing at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Martha’s Vineyard Film Center in Vineyard Haven. The public is invited to talk about arts and culture as they relate to the Island economy.
