Seven years after the Aquinnah Shop Restaurant first left Wampanoag hands, the property and business have gone up for sale once again with an asking price of $3.5 million.

Two established Beach Road companies seeking to expand their businesses came before the Tisbury planning board this week. Both hearings were continued.

The Tisbury select board voted unanimously Wednesday afternoon to award a common victuallers’ license to Catboat Coffee Co., which will receive it once the shop’s fire inspection passes muster with Chief Greg Leland.
