Louisa and Seamus O’Brien of Edgartown announce the birth of a daughter, Lila Louise O’Brien, born on May 24 at the Martha’s Vineyard Community Hospital. Lila, who weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces at birth, is joining big brother Connor.

Hello, Kayden

Heather Ferreira and Keigh Devine of Aquinnah announce the birth of a son, Kayden Keith Devine, on May 27 at the Martha’s Vineyard Community Hospital. Kayden weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces at birth. He is also welcomed by his sister, Jasmine Devine.

Announcing Victor

Paul W. Schultz, husband of the late Margaret Carroll Schultz, announces the arrival of a grandson, Victor Lacy Weston Bird. He was born to Paul’s daughter and son-in-law, Alexandra and Ryan Bird of Renton, Wash., on April 24 at Overlake Hospital in Belleuve, Wash. He weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce. Alexandra is a 1993 graduate of Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School. Her husband is stationed with the Coast Guard in Seattle, Wash.

Hello, Aquinnah

Kendra and Will Adams of Studio City, Calif., announce the birth of Aquinnah Abigail Adams on May 30. Quinn is the great-granddaughter and 17th great-grandchild of Helen Jackson of Edgartown. Her grandparents are Marilyn and Bill Adams of Quincy and Gail and Peter Raynsford of McConnelsville, N.Y. Quinn plans to visit the Vineyard in August.

Hello, Molly

Tom and Joyce Dresser of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a new granddaughter, Molly Rose Held, born on April 30 at Kaiser-Permanente Hospital in Culver City, Calif. She is the daughter of Amy and Brian Held, and weighed 5 pounds, 13 ounces at birth. The baby and parents are doing well and plan a summer visit to the Vineyard.

Jalicia Arrives

Shannon Reed and Craig Rozario of Edgartown announce the birth of a daughter, Jalicia Emmanuel Marie Reed-Rozario, born on May 23 at the Martha’s Vineyard Community Hospital, weighing 6 pounds, 4 ounces. Jalicia is also welcomed by big brothers Elizah Reed of Edgartown and Craig Rozario of New Bedford.
