A graveside service for Frederick F. Cournoyer will be held on Sunday, Sept. 28 at Old West Side Cemetery in Edgartown at 10:30 a.m.

Elmer H. Silva of Vineyard Haven, died on Sept. 14 at the age of 102.
Dr. Michael Edward Jacobs died on August 31 at home in the presence of his loving and devoted wife and family. He was 85.
Dennis Jason died at home on Sept. 10 after a long health struggle. He was 77.
James George Lawson, of Oak Bluffs, died suddenly at home on Friday, August 28 from complications of Type 1 Diabetes. He was 35.
Jayne Lou Ruley, of Port Charlotte, Fla., died on August 28. She was 71.
Myra C. Stark died Sept. 8 at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital following a brief illness, surrounded by family and friends. She was 90.
William Joseph Connolly, of Edgartown, died in the presence of family on August 31 at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. He was 95.
Richard Perry Behr died on August 24 surrounded by family and friends and much love. He was 77.
Mary Anne Thomas Cummings (known throughout her life as Anne), died at her home in Oak Bluffs on Sept. 2. She was 85.
Alice Mohler DeLana, beloved mother, grandmother, teacher, and friend died in Westwood on August 23 of natural causes. She was 88.
