Jon Snyder Joins Habitat

Habitat for Humanity of Martha’s Vineyard has named Jon Snyder its new director of development, responsible for fund-raising and strengthening relationships with donors. Mr. Snyder has served on Habitat’s board as treasurer for the past 18 months.

Mr. Snyder was an investment manager for high net worth families and individuals, based in Boston, before he moved to the Vineyard in 2005. He has served on Tisbury’s finance and advisory committee since 2006.

Maggie Mae and Jason Archambault of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a son, London Roland Archambault, born on Dec. 3, 2010, at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. London weighed 9 pounds, 13 ounces at birth. He is welcomed too by big sister Katherine.
