Luciani Jacobs and Gilson Goncalves of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of Helena Jacobs Goncalves, born on Feb. 13 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Helena weighed 7 pounds, 15.3 ounces at birth.
