The annual Minnesingers spring show debuted Saturday night to a full crowd at the regional high school Performing Arts Center. An all-male a cappella group and tribute to British rock from Herman's Hermits to the Spice Girls were among the highlights. The final show is Sunday at 3 p.m.

Josh Aronie started his career at the Home Port restaurant in Menemsha, where he parlayed his job as a window washer into a gig as a prep cook. Three decades of restaurant experience later, he is returning to the restaurant this year as the chef.

Our kittens are now on their feet and will soon be roaming around learning how to use a litter box and eat solid food. Mama cat is ever vigilant, however.
