The Permanent Endowment for Martha’s Vineyard is accepting applications for its 2018 scholarship program.

To celebrate International Women’s Day March 8 there will be a gathering at Five Corners in Vineyard Haven from 4 to 5:30 p.m.

An informational community forum about cancer and cannabis takes place Tuesday, March 6 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the community room at the West Tisbury library.
