Edgartown Library Expands Pick-Up Hours

The Edgartown Library now offers contactless pick-up six days a week from noon to 4 p.m.

The Edgartown Library has extended their contactless pick-up hours for books, DVDs, and other library materials, according to an announcement from the library.

Pick-up is now available Monday through Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. No appointment is needed to pick up materials that have been reserved online, but patrons must bring their library card and wear a mask.

The Edgartown library has also added an outside seating area with shade umbrellas and Wi-Fi, according to the announcement.

The Edgartown Library was only reporting its own service change - this announcement should not refer to all island libraries. The Oak Bluffs Library and Chilmark Library are not open on Mondays.
