Sunday Hours Resume at Vineyard Haven Library

The Vineyard Haven library has announced that its Sunday hours and programs resume on Oct. 19. The library will be open from noon to 4 p.m. on Sundays throughout the winter, except for a few holiday weekends.

The Vineyard Haven library has announced that its Sunday hours and programs resume on Oct. 19. The library will be open from noon to 4 p.m. on Sundays throughout the winter, except for a few holiday weekends.

As in past years, the Friends of the Library will present a variety of special programs on Sunday afternoons, including a play reading on Nov. 16 at 2 p.m. Free craft programs for adults and teens will be offered monthly beginning Nov. 9 at 2 p.m. Special evening hours in celebration of Halloween take place on Friday, Oct. 31, when the library will remain open until 8 p.m., with cider and candy provided by the Friends of the Library.
