Quezia and Ronaldo Andrade of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a son, Joao Gabriel Mariano Andrade, born on Dec. 8, at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Joao weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces at birth. He is welcomed by big brother Pedro.
