Steamship Authority managers are coming to Vineyard Haven Oct. 28 to hear comment on the draft mission statement.

At a meeting on the Vineyard Tuesday, SSA senior managers found themselves explaining the cancellation policy for ferries after hundreds of travelers were stranded during last week’s storm.
