Vineyard baseball standout Tad Gold is returning to the Island to become assistant general manager of the Martha’s Vineyard Sharks.

For the second straight year, the Martha’s Vineyard Sharks ended their summer season with a game against the Worcester Bravehearts. Injuries and roster inconsistency plagued the team this year.
