Across the Island preparations have begun for Halloween. Pumpkins have been carved, costumes made, and Wiet Bacheller has begun preparing 1,200 baggies of fortune cookies to hand out to trick-or-treaters.

Pumpkin and spice is in the air as Morning Glory Farm prepares for its annual Pumpkin Festival. The Festival takes place on Oct. 19 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Morning Glory Farm in Edgartown.

It's that time of year, The Martha's Vineyard Public Charter School scarecrows are up at Island businesses for Halloween. Every year the school puts up the student-made scarecrows to benefit the art department.
