According to my calendar it is only June. However, I think someone forgot to tell the weather gods that heat waves are in July and August.

I was beginning to think an ark might be needed. It has been such a dark, dismal few weeks that people were so happy to see when blue sky showed up on Wednesday.
We had a short feeling of summer this past weekend. There were many reports of people with their toes in the sand, the short and tank tops were out and people were smiling and enjoying the sun
The sun was actually shining and we were all blinded. It was great. Now we can only hope it stays that way and maybe it could rain late at night and keep us all happy.
It is May 9 and I just turned up the heat because my house was chilly. This goes against all my rules of no heat after April 1.
