The jury trial for Romane Clayton and Miquel Jones, two men who were arrested for allegedly robbing the Rockland Trust Bank, is now scheduled for Oct. 7, nearly a year after the initial trial date.

Petar Petyoshin, who was arrested in May for stealing more than $21,000 from the Davis Straits Rockland Trust, was also given five years of supervised release by U.S. District Court judge Angel Kelly at his sentencing Monday.

Tevin Porter signed a plea agreement with prosecutors saying he will plead guilty to charges of armed bank robbery and conspiracy to commit armed bank robbery.

Petar Petyoshin, 40, is facing one count of bank robbery after law enforcement officials say he stole more than $21,000 from the Rockland Trust bank on Davis Straits at gunpoint on April 8.
