A trio of men are facing charges after police investigated an alleged unlicensed tattoo parlor in Chilmark being run by a teenager.
Last year, a U.S. District Court judge ruled that Golden Bull and its president owe Mr. Silva more than $200,000. In the more than seven months since the ruling, Mr. Silva has not received any money and the court hasn’t been able to get in touch with his former employer.
Luciana P. Docarmo, 45, of Edgartown was arraigned on a Dec. 12 charge in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery. She was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on March 21.
Jair F. Deoliveira Jr., 25, was arraigned on a Jan. 17 charge in Oak Bluffs of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14. His bail was set at $2,000 and he has a pretrial hearing on Feb. 14.
Tara Ann Viera, 53, of Edgartown, was arraigned on a Dec. 12 charge in Edgartown of assault and battery. She was released on personal recognizance and had a pretrial hearing on March 6.
David Capato, who was arraigned last week after allegedly claiming he had explosives at the Steamship Authority terminal, was transferred from the Dukes County jail to Bridgewater State Hospital.
