On Thursday evening, nearly 200 elementary school children performed a repertoire of strings music at the Performing Arts Center. The Island-wide Strings programs offers free lessons in the grammar schools and is led by Nancy Jephcote, Chelsea Pennebaker and Rebecca Laird.
