Despite snow flurries and chilly temperatures, about 300 people turned out to the Felix Neck Fall Festival on Friday to celebrate the end of the fall season and make garlands and wreaths. Owls were in attendance, the Flying Elbows provided the soundtrack, and hayrides and face painting were on the to-do list.
