The nights have turned cool, the mornings rate the same as if September is hungry to arrive. But by mid-morning the sun is hot, the air warm and August has regained control of the steering wheel.
For the mere mortal this struggle between the seasons is a true delight. Bathing suit by day, sweater by night, really, what more is there to say except hooray. And thank you.
