To have the Octobers is to live with a sense of gratitude and welcome, of open doors and open arms.
To have the Octobers is to look up and down and all around. It is embracing a chance encounter with a solitary spider spinning a web, or watching a rabbit nibble a choice bit of clover in the early morning.
To have the Octobers is to watch a gaggle of turkeys soar upwards from the ground to a high pine branch to bed down for the night. It is understanding that each day is a gift to be both treasured and shared.
