To take a trip up-Island on the Vineyard is like traveling to the past. Stone walls which forgotten Vineyarders built are our stone walls now. And traditions such as fishing and farming are still practiced. Sundays are family dinner nights. It will do your soul and stomach well to head to Chilmark for fish and salad makings. (And don't forget a bouquet of flowers for the table!)
