April begins on a whim, celebrating the art of foolishness and ends, at least here on the Island, with a clarity of purpose. Tomorrow the Commonwealth celebrates Patriot's Day, usually the start of school vacation. But this year is unlike any other. Still, wishing our readers a happy three-day weekend.
