A deep freeze settled in on Martha's Vineyard over the Valentine's Day weekend, with temperatures below zero and wind chills as cold as -29 degrees. Sea smoke, formed when cold air meets warmer water, rose along the coastline, and icicles and frost added extra sparkle to docks and windows.
