It was all about the children in the Camp Ground's Kids Parade . . . also those young at heart, and the four legged variety too. Marchers stepped off at 9:45 a.m. beginning official Island Fourth of July festivities and the sea of red, white and blue adorned participants, bikes and wagons weaved through the colorful gingerbread cottages.
