The Martha's Vineyard Shellfish Group group hosted its annual Shellfish Extravaganza benefit Saturday night at the Chilmark Community Center featuring fresh oysters (and other Island shellfish) and music by Johnny Hoy and the Bluefish.  All proceeds benefit the shellfish group programs, which include millions of hatchery-raised seed clams, oysters and scallops that are planted in Island ponds.
