Years ago, every front page of the Gazette had news about the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital.
In 2009 I had a stroke and was brought to the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital.
Imagine my disappointment when I arrived at the West Tisbury Farmers’ Market on June 28.

As I read newspapers and scathing letters from the public regarding the dismissal of hospital CEO Joe Woodin, I was dismayed at the tone.
I believe it is a shame that many people that visit this beautiful Island do not care enough to clean up after themselves.
