As a Halloween treat, Mocha Motts in Oak Bluffs plans to reopen on Monday, Oct. 31, said co-owner Tim Dobel. “After the horror of what we’ve been through it seemed fitting to open on Halloween,” he said.
Halloween falls on a Monday and the epicenter for all things scary on the Island will be William street, where goblins, ghosts, princesses and mermaids of all shapes and sizes go to trick-or-treat.
