A $3.7 million overhaul of the Martha’s Vineyard Arena was quickly halted by the Oak Bluffs building inspector when it was discovered that the project had no permits.

The Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School will sponsor a summer food program to help provide meals to children 18 and younger during a month-long pilot program. The meals will be prepared at the high school and delivered to three Island sites.
