Hospice & Palliative Care of Martha’s Vineyard announces the appointment of Meghan Cabral, RN, CHPN as clinical director, effective in January 2026.

She succeeds Chantale Patterson, RN, who will step into the role of executive director in January following the retirement of Cathy Wozniak, HPCMV’s current executive director.

Ms. Cabral joined the organization six years ago as a registered nurse case manager before becoming clinical field supervisor, a role she has held for the past two years. As clinical director, she will oversee clinical operations, support interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure the continued delivery of the compassionate, high-quality care that defines the organization’s mission.
