The survey is posted in pdf form at tisburyma.gov, with users asked to save the completed survey and email it to [email protected].

Snarky VHI’m going to be a bit of a pain here but surveying using a pdf? Seriously? We’re asking people how they use our web site. With a form, not an online survey with, say, something like surveymonkey?

Wasn't snarky VHSnarky's comment is spot on. Best to use the web seamlessly to get feedback on a website with an online form. If surveymonkey isn't in the budget, just put together a free Google Form.
