Robin Kirk has been named the principal and chief executive officer of Scout Hotel & Resort Management.

Scout operates Harbor View Hotel and the Kelley House.

Mr. Kirk was previously president of Scout Hotels. “Robin had an incredible last year — doubling the number of properties under management. We are extraordinarily lucky to have him directing Scout with his vision and forward thinking approach that has been vital to the company’s growth” said Scout founder Alan Worden in a press release.

Mr. Kirk is a native of England, and he graduated from the University of York in England with a bachelor of arts with honors in economics and politics. He has spent more than 30 years working in the hospitality industry, and he joined Scout in 2011.
