Judy Ellis died on Dec. 30, 2025, at Royal Nursing and Rehab in Falmouth. She was 85

She is survived by her two sons: Gary Ellis and his wife, Mary, and Scott Ellis and his wife, Donna. She was a proud grandmother to Thomas, Daniel, Alley, and Cayton Ellis, and a great-grandmother to Aria Ellis.

Judy will be deeply missed and remembered for her humor, passionate spirit and larger-than-life personality. She also had a unique vocabulary and will be remembered for her creative and affectionate use of the word “dickens.”

A celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
