It’s been another great week for adoptions! Exso, the young tuxedo, and her son Fugee have been adopted together, as we’d hoped for. And there were two Siamese mix kittens that were adopted together as well. Good news all around.

Our pet of the week is Cricket, a six-year-old, tabby and white female who is an indoor/outdoor cat. She is currently on a special diet due to her plumpness, which will need to be continued until she returns to her optimum weight. However, she is playful and can be affectionate when it suits her. Come meet her and see if you were meant to be.

Do you have a pet that loves fleece toys? If so come join us on Saturday, Nov. 29 from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. to learn how to make a no-sew, knotted fleece toy. The Animal Shelter of Martha’s Vineyard is here for our community. We’re always available and our door is always open should your adoption not be a perfect fit.
