There will be a celebration of his life for Ron Rappaport on Saturday, May 31, beginning at 3 p.m. at the Agricultural Hall in West Tisbury.

There will be a celebration of his life for Ron Rappaport on Saturday, May 31, beginning at 3 p.m. at the Agricultural Hall in West Tisbury.

Mr. Rappaport died suddenly on June 7, 2024. His commitment to the Vineyard and its many causes was widespread and all are invited to help lift up his legacy on Saturday.

The Massachusetts Municipal Lawyers Association, of which Ron was a longtime and valued member, wishes to acknowledge his many contributions to the Island and municipal law. His sage counsel was often sought and eagerly provided. May his memory be a blessing to his family and many friends and colleagues.
