A high flying thank you to all the people who made the 13th annual MV Wind Festival a success. The Oak Bluffs Association, the Oak Bluffs Parks Department, Sky Dog Kites, Curio, MVCVA and the Vineyard Gazette.

At the event there were two marriage proposals and lots of fun making and flying kites. Thanks to the businesses that provided the prizes and Mother Nature for not raining. See you next year.
