The Martha’s Vineyard Hospital was named one of the top women-led businesses in Massachusetts during an award ceremony last week. The hospital, which ranked number 25 of 100 businesses, is led by president Denise Schepici.

The ranking was announced by The Women’s Edge a nonprofit organization that advances women in leadership positions. Rankings were based on variables including revenue, diversity, operating budget, number of employees and innovative projects.
