Meaghan Elizabeth Wheeler and Ross Walden Kellar are to be wed Sept. 23 at Saint Elizabeth’s Church, officiated by Father Michael Nagle.

Following the ceremony friends and family will enjoy dinner and dancing at the bride’s parents’ home overlooking Katama Bay.

Meaghan, 25, is the daughter of Katie and Joel Wheeler of Westwood. The Wheelers are part-time residents of the Island.

Ross, 28, is the son of The Rev. Emily Kellar and David Kellar of Duxbury and South Dartmouth.

The couple lives in Washington, D.C. with their dogs, Sybil and Tisbury.

Meaghan is an investment analyst at Graham Capital. Ross is a business development associate at Opto Investments.
