Wiet Bacheller has been named the inaugural winner of the Art Buchwald Award for outstanding community service.

The presentation by Martha’s Vineyard Community Services will take place at the annual Possible Dreams fundraiser, taking place this year on July 23 at the Winnetu Oceanside Resort and hosted by Seth Meyers.

Ms. Bacheller is a past board president of Community Services and her involvement with the organization stretches back four decades.
