Sail MV will host a U.S. Coast Guard licensing course, beginning with an orientation on Jan. 20.

The course consists of online and in-person classroom instruction. Andy Hammond, former merchant mariner, USCG license specialist, and current marine consultant, will provide the in-person instruction.
