Home gardeners can learn regenerative growing practices at one of three upcoming workshops sponsored by Island Grown, according to an announcement from the food equity nonprofit. Email [email protected] to sign up for the following in-person sessions:

Prepare Your Garden for Spring the Regenerative Way takes place April 24, with a rain date of the 25th, from 10:30 a.m. to noon at a private residence in Oak Bluffs. Details are available upon sign-up.   

How To Plant A Fruit Tree the Permaculture Way is scheduled for May 22 (rain date May 23) from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the Community Greenhouse in Oak Bluffs.

Regenerative Backyard Gardening Practices takes place June 5 (rain date June 6) from 10:30 a.m. to noon in the IGI Community Garden at Thimble Farm.

Space is limited for all three workshops, according to the announcement.
