On April 1 and April 8 from 1 p.m. to 2:30pm, the West Tisbury Library will host a two-part livestream instructional sourdough course led by Moira Silva. The class is free and open to the public, but limited to 12 participants. Contact Olivia to sign up: [email protected].

In the first session, Ms. Silva will present an overview of sourdough and a demonstration of the breadmaking process. The second class will showcase more sourdough recipes and trouble-shoot questions.

No previous experience is required, Visit the library website for a list of recommended materials and ingredients to bake along, or simply watch the interactive demos and ask questions.
