Island musician Andy Herr is teaching free guitar and ukulele classes online in April, sponsored by the West Tisbury Library

Guitar classes take place Wednesdays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. on April 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29.

Ukulele classes are Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. on April 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30.

Students must have their own instruments and be willing to practice between classes. They also will need a laptop or tablet with built-in microphone and webcam, or a desktop equipped with mic and webcam.
