The three-day music festival taking place July 24 to July 26 at Veteran's Park in Vineyard Haven will include Beck, Norah Jones, Father John Misty, Lake Street Dive and more.
Beck and Norah Jones will headline this year’s Beach Road Weekend lineup, the festival announced today.
The three-day music festival takes place July 24 to July 26 at Veteran’s Park in Vineyard Haven. In addition to multiple Grammy-award winners Beck and Norah Jones, the festival will include Lake Street Dive, The Revivalists, The Head & the Heart, Guster and Father John Misty, among others.
“It’s been the hardest secret I have ever had to hold onto,” said Adam Epstein, CEO of Innovation Arts & Entertainment, referring to booking Beck and Norah Jones.
“Beck is a musicians’ rock star,” he added. “He’s got credibility with musicians and fans. And Norah Jones we had on our list from the beginning. She is a perfect sound for the Vineyard. I’m so excited I can’t contain myself.”
Last year the festival debuted in August with headliners John Fogerty and Phil Lesh and Friends.
This year’s festival will include two main stages set up side-by-side, Mr. Epstein said, with local acts also performing on the main stage.
Additional bands include Band of Horses, Margo Price, Dawes, Lettuce, Anderson East, Shovels & Rope, Brett Dennen, Leftover Salmon, Jaimoe and Friends, Shemekia Copeland, Jeremie Albino, Sammy Rae & The Friends, Neal Francis. Local acts will be announced at a later date.
Ticket packages go on sale Friday, Feb. 21 at 10 a.m. at beachroadweekend.com.
