Dan Waters presents his time capsule on Saturday, Nov. 9 at 3:30 p.m. at the West Tisbury Library.

Mr. Waters spent a year and a half photographing everyday life on the Vineyard and will introduce a selection of these photographs along with his insights on the project.

Refreshments will be served.
